Refund Policy

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. letter, email). You may use the model withdrawal form available from the European Commission, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Goods must be returned in their original packaging where possible, unopened and in resalable condition.

The right of withdrawal may not apply to goods that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery. For dietary supplements, if the seal has been broken, we may refuse a refund unless the product is defective.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at our expense.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned goods and confirm eligibility. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit your account.
